Lets talk about sex

Updated: Dec 11, 2020

Liané Elle is a sexuality and empowerment coach and we talked about shadow work, specifically connected to sexual suppression and repression coming from high control groups, and purity culture. It's so important to come back into a deeper connection with all parts of ourselves after deprogramming from dogma, religion, and issues surrounding sexuality that we internalized, deep programming that is not our own. The shame, the guilt, and sometimes even the positive aspects are suppressed, like being afraid of joy, of pleasure and connection.

You can find Liané Elle on instagram @liane_elle_coaching and she also has a FaceBook group.
